Trevor Guthrie

Trevor Guthrie is an award winning singer/songwriter known for several platinum hit songs.  Born in Vancouver, Canada, Guthrie’s success began with his band soulDecision which garnered international recognition with “Faded” and “Ooh It’s Kinda Crazy”, off the album “No One Does It Better” which sold over a million copies and had him touring with some of the biggest acts such as NSYNC and Destiny’s Child.  

In 2012, Guthrie’s dear friend was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tour inspiring him to write a song “This is What It Feels Like” which was released by electronic dance music superstar Armin Van Buuren.  “This Is What It Feels Like” has received nominations for the 2014 GRAMMYs, 2014 JUNOs, 2014 I Heart Music Awards and 2014 Canadian Radio Music Awards and has been listed for over a year in 15 different charts including; US Singles Top 100, Dutch Top 40 and Canada Singles Top 100. 

In 2014, Guthrie released “Soundwave” which received nominations for the 2015 JUNOs and 2015 SiriusXM Indie Awards. The #1 most added song at Canadian radio in All Formats & Top 40 the week of September 24, 2014, the song went on to peak at #7 on the Hot AC chart, #11 on the Main AC chart and #9 on the Canada Top 40 chart.

Guthrie’s next song to be released will be “Summertime” co-written by multi-platinum producer Tom “Tawgs” Salter and multi-platinum singer-songwriter Simon Wilcox.
