TOUR PRESS

Madison House is partnered with Monica Hopman / Think Press to offer a range of tour press and publicity services, available at an additional sliding fee or commission rate based on scope of services and artist earnings. 

​

Available campaigns include:

​

  • Album Campaign

    • Can assist with recommendations for various components of the campaign (photos, bio, digital marketing, radio promoters, etc)

    • Create a press campaign targeting appropriate music media.

    • Identify niche media outside mainstream music press, appropriate to the client/project.

    • Service singles + videos for coverage

    • Service album for coverage

    • Traditional press servicing of daily, weekly, online/print, media as well as blogs and radio (editorial/interviews, not pitching formats for ads.).

    • New Media opportunities with IG Takeovers, YouTube/podcast interview, editorial playlists, Op/Eds,

    • Tour Press coverage during time of album campaign, if applicable

    • Pricing varies dependent on services, duration and scope of campaign.

  • Tour Assets List

    • Three pronged approached: Before, During + After

    • Before: connect with promoters + marketing teams to identify any new media opportunities and/or radio partnerships that may exist in the markets. Secure previews/features in advance.

    • During: Identify any in person opportunities in the market (radio, television, press, live stream, etc) available the day of show.

    • After: Secure live reviews/show coverage to run thereafter

    • Depending on length of tour + markets, campaigns pricing varies. Please submit all confirmed + any tentative dates for accurate pricing.

MEET YOUR TEAM

​

Think Press is a Los Angeles-based publicity firm helmed by me, Monica Hopman. For over 20 years, I’ve spearheaded press campaigns for established clients and emerging artists, alike.


My career in publicity began while in college interning and working at a record label before moving to a PR firm. In 2003, I started Think Press working with artists like Ari Hest, Ingrid Michaelson, Glen Phillips/Toad The Wet Sprocket, Jeff Daniels, amongst many others.


There’s no one size fits all with publicity, especially in this rapidly changing media environment. My approach is to work with new media opportunities (playlists, takeovers, live streams), enhanced traditional media (longform interviews via YouTube Channel or podcasts) and traditional (written, radio, television coverage), to offer a variety of ways for artists to connect and communicate to their audience.


This also extends to regional and tour publicity. Each market is different, as are the
opportunities offered. Connecting with promoters and their marketing teams help to pinpoint effective media and local voices that resonate in the market.
